Brahmins
A person in this varna, often considered the highest, deserves respect from everyone else. Priests and teachers in the society are found in this varna.
The second varna has contained most of the political leaders and kings. Warriors and rulers belong to the Kyshatriya varna.
Kshatriyas
Vaishyas
The third varna. Similar to middle class, made up of Merchants, farmers, and artisans.
Shudras
The Sudra varna is the lowest of the four. This varna contains the people who do hard work and labor.
Ancient India society is spread into 4 Hindu castes. The Brahmin, Kshatriya, Vaishya, and Shudra.
